EMPEROR, Sherry Cask Finish

This Emperor rhum is the result of a blend of pure juice and molasses rhums. It has benefited from a double ageing process, in Bourbon casks and then in ex-Xéres casks. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruits, candied fruits accompanied by a floral note. The palate is greedy and recalls the aromas of the nose with an additional spicy flavour. Notes of candied fruit make up the finish.
