DOMAINE DES HAUTS NOELLES, Les Moineries, 2011

The 80 year old vines are located on a sand and clay plot. The parcel-based cuvée "Les Moineries" was harvested by hand and vinified using organic methods. The grapes are harvested by hand to guarantee a good quality harvest. The 18 months of maturing allowed this Muscadet to prove its full potential. It has a golden colour and a nose of apple, honey and almond. The palate is lively, ample and the finish is long on fruit and freshness. It can be kept for 5 to 7 years.
