Domaine du Nozay, Le Paradis, 2021

Le Paradis is a 100% Sauvignon from a high-quality terroir with soils rich in fossils.

Vinification is carried out according to the principles of Biodynamic viticulture, with the estate letting nature do its work while keeping a keen eye on everything that happens. All the stages are carried out according to the Lunar calendar.

On tasting, the wine has an expressive nose, with floral, citrus and slightly spicy aromas. On the palate, it's a totally different wine, with a focus on minerality and exotic fruit, complemented by a very pleasant acidity.

This wine is a perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, cheeses and seafood.
