Notice

The Sauvignon Blanc vines are grown in sustainable agriculture on clay-limestone and flint soils. The tasting reveals a pale colour with green reflections. The nose expresses tropical fruits and white flesh. The palate expresses volume, a nice acidic freshness and complexity. Tropical fruits and citrus fruits are found on the finish, which is soft and long on the palate.
