Notice

This Chenin blanc is organically grown and harvested by hand. With the grapes harvested at good maturity and a vinification in barrels, Pamina is a cuvée with a maturing on lees in barrels for 16 months. At the end of this maturing process, the wine has a golden colour with yellow reflections, a rich mouthfeel with aromas of white fruit, candied fruit and a lively freshness.
