LANGLOIS-CHÂTEAU, Brut Blanc

Langlois-Château offers us its Brut blanc, a blend of Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc, of which Chenin is the main grape variety for this Crémant. The vines are planted on several clay-limestone and schist soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and a meticulous sorting is carried out on the plot and in the cellar. The colour is yellow and pale, the nose is complex with a subtle blend of lime blossom, accacia and hawthorn. It is characterised by its fine bubbles and freshness.
